We then develop your personalized bone health program, staying connected through regular text check-ins throughout the week. Weekly video calls allow us to review form and progress, while monthly assessment calls help track improvements and adjust goals. This continuous feedback loop ensures your program evolves with you, maintaining both challenge and safety as you progress.
Is this safe? How do I know I'm doing the movements right?
Safety is our top priority at Groove. Your will assess the current state of your back pain, review your form during scheduled video calls, and provides immediate feedback to ensure proper technique. We design all exercise plans based on what's safe and appropriate for your status and mobility level. Between sessions, you can send movement recordings for review, and we're available for additional video check-ins if you have form concerns. This comprehensive approach means you'll always have expert guidance to perform exercises safely and effectively.
Do I need special equipment?
Nope! We design all of our plans around what you already have available at home.
How often do I talk to my coach?
